The Creators Club (“we”, “us”) runs the sponsorship marketplace at thecreatorsclub.org, where theme pages and creators find paid brand campaigns. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Application details: your page name, handle, platform, category, follower count, audience description, and optional website or phone number.
- Campaign activity: campaigns you accept, links you submit, earnings credited to your balance, and payout requests.
- Messages: posts you write in the community and support tickets you open with our team.
How we use it
- To review your application and match your page with relevant campaigns.
- To track submissions, credit earnings and process payouts.
- To send transactional email: verification codes and account updates.
- To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What other members can see
If you are approved into the community, other members can see your page name, avatar, category, follower count, connected Instagram handle and cleared campaign earnings. Your email address, password and payout details are never shown to other members.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the platform: hosting and database infrastructure (Vercel), and transactional email delivery (Resend). They process data only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and associated data at any time: email hello@thecreatorsclub.org and we will handle it promptly.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new date above.
