These terms govern your use of The Creators Club at thecreatorsclub.org. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What we do

The Creators Club connects brands with theme pages, meme pages and creators for sponsored posts. Campaigns show the brief, format, deadline and payout before you accept. Applying, or being approved, does not commit you to any campaign.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information about yourself and your page.
• The page you register must be one you genuinely own or manage.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.

Campaigns and payouts

• Accepting a campaign means you agree to post the specified content by the deadline and to keep it live for the period stated in the brief.
• Earnings are credited to your balance once our team approves your submitted link. We may decline submissions that do not follow the brief.
• Payouts are made to the payment details you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
• Posts must comply with the platform's rules where they are published, including disclosure requirements for sponsored content in your jurisdiction.

Community

Community access is invite-only and granted by our team. Be respectful: no harassment, spam, scams or sharing of other members' private information. We may remove messages or revoke access for behaviour that harms the community.

Acceptable use

• No fake pages, purchased followers presented as organic, or misleading metrics.
• No attempts to bypass the platform to solicit brands or members off-platform.
• No interference with the operation or security of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Earnings validly credited before termination will still be paid out unless they resulted from fraud.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a minimum volume of campaigns, or any level of earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts payable to you through the platform.
