Clippers

A clipper finds the 30 seconds that make a stranger stop scrolling

Clippers watch long videos, cut the moments that work on their own, and post them as short vertical clips. They are paid per view by the brands and creators whose footage they cut. Nobody needs to be on camera, nobody needs an audience to start, and the pay is on the campaign card before anyone commits.

What the job actually is

The editing is the easy part: trim, crop to vertical, captions, export. Any phone app does it. The skill is spotting which moment stands alone and writing the one line that goes on the first frame. A clipper who is good at those two things can post three or four clips a day from one source video, to three platforms, and every post is a separate chance at 100,000 views.

On The Creators Club there is no follower minimum. You sign up in two minutes, apply to a campaign whose footage you would watch anyway, verify the accounts you post from, and start. Your first submitted clip adds a $25 welcome bonus to your balance.

How brands get clippers working

You do not hire clippers one by one. You fund a campaign: a pool of money, a rate per 1,000 views, a cap per clip, the rules, and a link to your footage. Clippers on the board apply, you approve the ones whose accounts fit your niche, and they start posting. You pay for views that happen, the pool is a hard ceiling, and anything unspent comes back when the campaign closes.

A dozen approved clippers posting three clips a day is over a hundred posts a day across TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Every count is read from the platform and every clip is yours to approve before money moves.

A clipper's day

  1. 1Read the campaign brief and note the hashtags, the music rule, the minimum length.
  2. 2Watch the new source footage at 1.5x and write down 15 to 25 timestamps.
  3. 3Cut the best three or four moments: in on the strongest word, out a second after the last good line.
  4. 4Captions on, a one line promise on the first frame, export clean.
  5. 5Post each clip to TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and paste every link into the campaign.
  6. 6Next morning, check which one moved and cut three more like it.

About two hours for nine posts. Most of those posts will get a few hundred views. One in thirty or so takes off, which is why the people who earn well post every day and copy their own hits. The full sequence with timings is in the clipping workflow.
