A campaign is one form and one button. The form is the brief creators read; the button moves money from your balance into the campaign pool and makes it live.
Before the form: add funds
Finance, then Add funds. Checkout runs through Whop and your balance updates here once the payment confirms. A campaign is funded from this balance, so top it up first or the Fund button will say "Add funds first."
The amount to add is your budget plus the 10% fee. To fund a $5,000 pool, you need $5,500 in balance. Every campaign page shows the exact cost before you press Fund. The minimum top up is $50.

The form, field by field
Campaigns, then New campaign.
Campaign title. What shows on the card. Name the content, not the campaign: "Founder Diaries podcast, season 3" beats "Q4 awareness push."
Caption guidance. What you want creators to write under the clip. Required hashtags and mentions go here. Keep it to what matters; a wall of rules gets skimmed.
Description. The pitch to creators. What the content is, why it clips well, what a great clip looks like. Two short paragraphs.
Source material. The link to the footage: a drive folder, a channel, an episode. Creators can only be paid for clips of this, so make sure it is everything you want cut.
Rules. The hard lines: no added music, logo stays visible, minimum length, anything creators may not say. Each rule is a reason you might reject a clip, so only list ones you will enforce.
Category and tags. For the board's filters.

Rules
- 1Caption guidance is where required hashtags and mentions go. Creators paste from it.
- 2Source material is the footage creators are allowed to cut. They can only be paid for clips of this.
- 3Rules are the hard lines you will reject for: music, logo, minimum length, claims. List only the ones you will enforce.
The reward model
Pay per 1,000 views is the clipping model. You set:
- Budget. The pool, a hard ceiling. The campaign closes itself when it is spent.
- Rate per 1,000 views. What creators are paid.
- Max payout per clip. The cap.
- Minimum payout. The dollar amount a clip has to reach before it enters your review queue. Keeps clips nobody saw out of the queue.
- Flat bonus per clip. Optional. A fixed amount on top of the per view earnings for every approved clip.
- Tracking window. How many days a clip keeps accruing after submission. 30 is the default.

How long a clip keeps accruing views.
- 1Budget: the pool and a hard ceiling. The campaign closes itself when it is spent.
- 2Rate per 1,000 views: what creators are paid. Read the board and sit at or slightly above your niche.
- 3Max payout per clip: the cap. Between 100 and 500 times the rate works for most brands.
- 4Minimum payout: the dollar amount a clip has to earn before it enters your review queue. $1 to $5 keeps the queue clean.
- 5Tracking window: days a clip keeps accruing after submission. 30 is the default.
Set your rate and caps has the numbers to start from.
Flat fee per post pays a fixed amount per approved post, for chosen creators when you want control over exactly who posts.
Retainer pays a fixed sum per creator for an agreed number of approved posts.
Who can post
Platforms. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, any combination. Only accounts on those platforms can submit.
Visibility. Apply to join is the default: creators apply, you approve the ones whose accounts fit. Public lets anyone join on the spot. Private is invite only.
Content type. Clipping, UGC or either.
Who can post
And where they're allowed to post it.
Platforms
Visibility
Creators apply; you or the team let them in.
Content type
- 1Platforms: only accounts on these can submit. Most campaigns allow all three.
- 2Visibility: Apply to join is the default and lets you vet each creator. Public lets anyone in on the spot; Invite only hides it from the board.
- 3Content type: Clipping, UGC or either. It sets which creators the campaign is shown to.
Save, then fund
Saving creates the campaign as a draft. Open it, and the campaign page shows "Fund to launch" with the exact cost (budget plus fee). Press Fund and launch. The pool is paid from your balance and the campaign is live on the board immediately.

What happens the moment it is live
Creators see the card on Discover and start applying. Applications land under Creators for you to approve. Approved creators post and submit links, and clips that pass the minimum payout land under Submissions for review. Home shows spend, views and clips as they happen.
Later
Top up. The campaign page has Top up. Adds to the pool without changing anything else.
Close early. Anything not committed to creators comes back to your balance, including the fee on the unspent part. Approved clips keep their earnings.
Change who can join. The campaign page has a "Who can join" control to switch between apply, public and private at any time.
Next: approve creator applications.
