Review and approve clips
What a clip in your queue shows, what a flag means, when to approve and when to reject with a reason, and how the money moves when you press the button.

In short
- 1Open Submissions
- 2Open a clip and watch it against the brief
- 3Check the count, its source and any flags
- 4Approve, or reject with a reason the creator will read
- 5Use Approve all for a clean batch
Clips land in Submissions once they pass the campaign's minimum payout. Every approval commits money from the pool, and every rejection keeps it there, so this is the page where your budget is actually spent.
What a clip shows
- A link to the post, so you watch it on the platform.
- The current view count, where it was read from ("Read from TikTok" and so on) and when.
- A chart of how the count has moved since submission, so you can see whether the climb looks real.
- The amount accrued so far at your rate, capped.
- The creator's note, if they left one.
- Any flags.
- The campaign's rules, for reference.
The queue has tabs: Pending, Approved, Rejected and Flagged. Pending and flagged clips are expanded; the rest are compact.

"Hook is the first 2 seconds, from 41:20 in the episode."
- 1Open the post on the platform and watch it against the brief.
- 2The count, where it was read from, and how it has moved since submission.
- 3Trust flags: Clean, or a named pattern to look at before you decide.
- 4Approve commits the accrued amount from your pool to the creator. Reject asks for a reason the creator reads.
The review
Watch the clip. Check it against the brief:
- Is it cut from your source material?
- Are the required hashtags and mentions in the caption?
- Did they follow the music, logo and length rules?
- Is the caption making a claim you cannot make?
- Is it a duplicate of a clip already approved?
Then open the post itself. A clip with 80,000 views and thousands of likes looks like reach. A clip with 80,000 views and 30 likes does not.
Flags
Three patterns are flagged automatically and shown next to the count:
Velocity spike. The count jumped far faster than a real clip climbs. Often bought views; sometimes a real share by a big account. Open the post and look at the comments.
Cap hugging. The count landed exactly on your cap and stopped. Real clips overshoot caps.
View drop. The count went down between reads, which means the platform removed views it decided were fake.
A flag is a reason to look, not an automatic rejection. If the clip is clearly genuine, approve it. If it is not, reject with the flag as the reason. The creator can dispute, and the team reads every dispute.
Approve
The accrued amount is committed from your pool to the creator's balance. Views keep being read and the committed amount keeps growing until the clip hits your cap or its tracking window ends. The creator sees Approved.
For a batch of clean clips, Approve all on the pending tab does them in one go. Read them first; it commits money for every one.
Reject
Press Reject and answer "Why is it rejected?" The creator reads it word for word, so make it the thing they can fix: "Missing #brandname in caption." "Clip is from episode 12; campaign is episode 14 only." "Music added; brief says none." Vague reasons produce disputes, and specific ones produce better clips next time.
Reject this clip
Why is it rejected?
- 1Write the thing the creator can fix, in one line. They read it word for word, and a specific reason produces a better next clip instead of a dispute.
- 2Press Reject. Nothing is committed; the money stays in the pool.
Nothing is committed for a rejected clip. The money stays in the pool.
How fast to review
Creators can see their clips sitting in Pending, and the good ones notice who reviews daily. A daily pass takes ten minutes for most campaigns. Moderators on your team can review too; invite your team so it does not wait on one person.
Things people ask
Can I change my mind after approving? Email support with the clip and the reason. The team can review an approved clip while its earnings are inside the creator's 30 day hold.
What if the count drops after I approve? The committed amount adjusts down with the next read. That is why the creator side has a 30 day hold before withdrawal.
Can I approve a clip below the minimum? Clips below the minimum are not in the queue. Lower the minimum on the campaign if you want to see them.
Where do I see what has been paid? Payouts shows every committed amount, per creator and per clip.
