In short

  1. 1Open Team
  2. 2Press Invite
  3. 3Enter their name, work email and role
  4. 4Send the invite
  5. 5Change or remove seats from the same page

One brand account can have many people in it. Each gets their own login and a role that decides what they can do. Reviews stop waiting on one person.

The roles

Admin. Everything: billing and adding funds, the team, campaigns, applications and clip reviews.

Moderator. Campaigns and reviews: create and edit campaigns, approve applications, approve and reject clips. No access to Finance or Team.

Member. Read only: campaigns, submissions, insights and payouts. For anyone who needs the numbers without the buttons.

Most teams are one admin, a couple of moderators who review daily, and members from marketing who watch the dashboard.

Moderator: Create campaigns and review clips
Send invite
  1. 1Their name and work email. They get their own login for this brand.
  2. 2The role decides what they can do. Moderator is right for anyone who reviews clips; Admin can also spend and invite; Member can only look.
  3. 3Press Send invite.

They get an email with a login for this brand. In a demo environment a temporary password is shown to you instead, so you can hand it over.

Only admins can invite.

Changing a role or removing a seat

Team lists every seat with its role. An admin can change a role from the row, or remove the seat. Removing a seat ends that login immediately; anything they approved or created stays.

A setup that works for most brands

One admin owns the balance: they add funds, fund campaigns and top them up. Two moderators split the daily review: one takes applications under Creators in the morning, the other takes Submissions in the afternoon, and neither review waits more than a day. Anyone in marketing who wants to watch the numbers gets a member seat and opens Home and Insights without being able to change anything.

The reason to split the review is speed. Creators can see their clips sitting in Pending, and the good ones remember which brands review daily. A campaign where clips are approved within a day gets more clips.

What a teammate sees

A moderator's sidebar has Home, Campaigns, Submissions, Creators, Payouts, Insights, Settings and Help. Finance and Team are missing, because they cannot spend or invite. A member sees the same pages with the approve, reject, create and edit controls hidden.

Everyone in the brand sees the same campaigns and the same numbers. There is no per person view.

Things people ask

Can one person be on two brands? Each invite is to one brand account. Someone who works across two brands gets a seat on each, with the same or different roles.

Can a moderator add funds? No. Finance is admin only, which is the point of the role.

We are an agency running several client brands. Each client is its own brand account with its own balance and team. For agencies covers how that is set up.
